    Every individual has their own concept of virtues, morals etc. So doesn’t that display the unfortunate situation of “not ALL will be satisfied” no matter what the outcome is? And in the case of the Purple Heart (just to comment), I believe that those veterans who are suffering from psychological disorders deserve it as much as those who were physically injured.
